We are looking for an experienced, dependable person to join our team to help meet the needs of our growing law and tax practice, and specifically to help support our work providing tax return preparation, bookkeeping, IRS representation, and related services to our long-term and growing individual and business clientele.
We've been at this for 44 years. We're looking for someone to team up with to help us continue to grow and create amazing results.
The Right Candidate Would:
Possess and project a genuine positive attitude and interest toward working and contributing to an office.
Be organized with talents and passion for attention to detail on projects involving numbers, drafting correspondence with proper structure and accuracy, and compiling information from clients for into drafts for the attorneys, with the ability to proof your work and grow.
Be proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe, with ability to efficiently compile, organize and edit multiple PDF documents.
Be receptive to, and interested in, learning and working with AI programs in the fast developing world of AI involvement.
Create a work product that you're proud of, have good communication skills, and demonstrate initiative, leadership, and attention to detail. We are a very busy office.
Be at least generally familiar with billing procedures and follow-up.
Be confident with math and your ability to work with sets of books and/or financial information and demonstrate attention to detail in these regards. Efficiency with Excel is required, and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
